Box 2, Collinsville, TX  76233) or PayPal (at the bottom right of each page will be a donate icon.  Click on the icon and follow the directions. Just a FYI fact, there is a service fee by PayPal for each donation.  For every $100 there will be a $3.20 fee.)  You can also drop your contribution off at the church as well (There will be a drop box at the old fellowship hall entrance doors).
